We did it! Heidi and I finished our mini quilts for the Two for Teal mini swap just in the knick of time. It was an incredible experience, and one that we will definitely be apart of again next year. As a group we were able to raise $2000 for Ovarian Cancer Research Fund!
Over the past month we’ve been able to see everyone’s projects as they received them from their swap partners. Its so fun to see the diversity in artistic expression. We only had two rules… 1.) a size limit of 18 x 18 if you were making a mini quilt, or 10 x 10 if you were making a mug rug; and 2.) Incorporate a piece of the teal fabric that was provided. We decided a celebration of all the creativity in the form of a blog hop was in order so that you could see them too. So stay tuned for next week where we will share ours with you, and you can hop around to others as well and see what they came up with. So much teal deliciousness!
